Commitment to Quality

At Pitchmastic PmB we understand that our goal of zero defects in all our operations can only be reached if an effective quality system is in place throughout the company.

Pitchmastic PmB operates a Quality Management System (QMS) which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO9001: 2000 and is regularly audited by BM Trada.

In addition the PmB Waterproofing system holds British Board of Agreement (BBA) certificates in Roads And Bridges and Tanking. On site installation of the system is carried out in strict accordance with the guidelines set out in the certificate.

All our sub contractors and suppliers are made aware of the requirements within our quality plan and where possible we use preferred contractors who have regulated quality procedures and are approved to ISO9001.
